Commemorate and Recognize Soykırım
The 1914-1922 Genocide and Destruction of Muslims
in Anatolia and the Caucasus

In 1914-22, the armed groups of Armenian Dashnak and Hunchak parties and the Armenian volunteers serving in the Russian, Greek and French armies carried out a systematic extermination of Turks, Azerbaijanis and Kurds in Anatolia and the Caucasus. 523.955 Muslim civilians were identified as victims, not including those missing or buried in mass graves. Western scholars estimated that overall up to 2.5 million Muslims perished in these massacres. Armenians loyal to the Ottoman state were also targeted by the Armenian nationalists.

On behalf of Turkic-Americans and the families of victims and survivors of these atrocities, we call upon President to recognize Soykırım- the Muslim Genocide - alongside his annual April 24th Presidential Message commemorating the Armenian suffering in World War I.

Please sign the petition now by logging onto soykirim.paxturcica.org

Create an account and sign the petition. If we reach 100,000 signatures within 30 days, then the U.S. President will have to issue a statement honoring the Muslim victims of Armenian atrocities and hate crimes... A first! So, please sign the petition now and tell a friend!

Another Attempt to Derail US Foreign Policy

Ahead of April 2012, the Armenian-American ethnic special interest groups are again trying to intimidate Congress and to ruin the U.S.-Turkish relations. Senate Resolution 399, introduced by Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) on March 19 and currently referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations, calls upon the U.S. President to improperly depict the interethnic strife in Eastern Anatolia during World War I as the "Armenian genocide". On March 8, 2012, Senators Scott Brown (R-MA), Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Mark Kirk (R-IL) introduced a Senate Resolution 392, "urging the Republic of Turkey to safeguard its Christian heritage and to return confiscated church properties". The resolution, which is currently referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations, constitutes a disgraceful attempt to interfere in Turkey's religious affairs and to single this country out under pressure from the antagonistic ethnic special interest groups. Speak up against the assault on free speech

Representatives Adam Schiff and Robert Dold are pressing for co-signers to their letter to Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton demanding that she stop characterizing the Armenian allegation of genocide as a "historical debate".
